Notice of Annual Meeting

The Boards of Directors of the Poudre Tech Metropolitan District and Water Valley Metropolitan District Nos. 1&2 will hold their Annual Meeting pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), C.R.S., on December 9, 2025, at 10:05 a.m. The Annual Meeting is open to the public.

The meeting will be held at 1625 Pelican Lakes Point, Conference Room, Windsor, CO 80550, Colorado and may be joined by telephone or electronically using the following information:

The Annual Meeting will include a discussion of the status of public infrastructure projects, a presentation about the Districts’ outstanding debt, if any, and a presentation of the Districts’current financial statements. There will also be an open forum to provide members of the public an opportunity to ask questions about the Districts.

 

While a quorum of the Boards may be in attendance at the Annual Meeting, no deliberations or decisions will be conducted by the Boards of Directors during the meeting.
